We have partnered with Shiprocket, India’s leading shipping aggregator, to ensure your orders reach you timely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timeline: Depending on your location, your order will typically be delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500/-

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS provided by Shiprocket, allowing you to monitor your package in real-time.
2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched (whichever is earlier).

Once the order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the hygiene and personal care nature of our products, we have a strict return policy:

Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof of Damage: To claim a return or exchange for damaged items, an unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us verify the issue with our courier partners.

Conditions for Return: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
4. Refunds
